بناءً على رغبة قويّة لتطوير قطاع الموسيقى في منطقة عكّار، وإيمانًا بدور المؤسّسات، لا سيّما التربويّة منها، في عمليّة بناء المجتمع بشكل منهجيّ صحيح، وبعد توفّر خدمة “التعليم الموسيقيّ” بشكل أكاديميّ وعلميّ ومعرفيّ وتربويّ سليم، تمّ اليوم الأربعاء الواقع فيه 05 نوفمبر 2025، توقيع مذكّرة تفاهم بين كلّ من مدرسة “ليسيه عبد الله الراسيّ” ممثّلة برئيسها النائب السابق الأستاذ كريم الراسيّ، وبين “بيت الموسيقى” في جمعيّة النجدة الشعبيّة اللّبنانيّة ممثّلة بمديرها العامّ الدكتور هيّاف ياسين، محورها تعزيز التعاون والشراكة في سبيل تنمية “الموسيقى”، بعد أن باتت حاجة إنسانيّة عصريّة ضروريّة، لما لها من أثر إيجابيّ في تطوير الذكاء البشريّ وتنشيط العمليّة الفكريّة والجهاز العصبيّ بشكل إيجابيّ، للمشاركة في صناعة الإنسان\المواطن المسؤول ذو القيم المجتمعيّة النبيلة.
حضر اللّقاء مدير مدرسة الليسيه الدكتور مروان صالح، وعضو مجلس إدارة “بيت الموسيقى” الدكتور حنّا جوخدار، بالإضافة إلى الدكتور مصطفى عبد الفتّاح، الأستاذة تغريد عبد الفتّاح، الأستاذة ندى الخوريّ، الأستاذة حياة مرعي والأستاذة سارة يعقوب.
في سياق المناسبة قدّم الدكتور هيّاف ياسين آلة “السنطور التربويّ” هديّة للأستاذ كريم الراسيّ، معرفًا بأنّ ذلك هو ابتكار له، كان قد سجّله باسمه عام 2005، وهدفه هو الاستخدام المدرسيّ لأداء الموسيقى المقاميّة الشرقيّة بشكل سهل وصحيح، ما يسمح للأطفال بتجذير هوّيتهم الثقافيّة اللّبنانيّة والعربيّة والمشرقيّة.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Lycée Abdallah Al Rassi School and the “Music House” (Bay El-Musiqa) of the Lebanese Popular Rescue Association
Driven by a strong desire to develop the music sector in the Akkar region, and believing in the role of institutions, especially educational ones, in the process of building society in a correct and systematic manner, and given the availability of “music education” services in a sound academic, scientific, cognitive, and educational form, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, between Lycée Abdallah Al Rassi School, represented by its President, former MP Mr. Karim Al Rassi, and the “Music House” (Bayt El-Musiqa) of the Lebanese Popular Rescue Association, represented by its General Director, Dr. Hayaf Yassine.
The core of this memorandum is to enhance cooperation and partnership to promote “Music,” as it has become an essential, modern human need due to its positive impact on developing human intelligence, stimulating the thought process, and positively influencing the nervous system, thereby contributing to the formation of a responsible human/citizen with noble community values.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Lycée, Dr. Marwan Saleh, and a member of the Board of Directors of the “Music House” (Bayt El-Musiqa) Dr. Hanna Joukhadar, in addition to Dr. Mustafa Abdel Fattah, Ms. Taghreed Abdel Fattah, Ms. Nada Al Khoury, Ms. Hayat Merai, and Ms. Sara Yacoub.
On this occasion, Dr. Hayaf Yassine presented a “Pedagogical Santur” as a gift to Mr. Karim Al Rassi, explaining that it is his own invention, which he registered in his name in 2005. Its purpose is for school use to perform Eastern Maqam music in an easy and correct manner, allowing children to root their Lebanese, Arab, and Eastern cultural identity.
